This website is operated by Business of Mindset LLC, doing business as Replay Pocket ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and software

Replay Pocket consoles ship with an open-source emulation front-end pre-installed. We sell hardware only, not games. You are responsible for making sure that any game files you load on your device are ones you have the legal right to use.

3. Accuracy of information

We do our best to display products, colors and specifications accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Payment and billing

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Warranty, which form part of these terms.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or video, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on our site and marketing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
