Every Replay Pocket is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects: screen, buttons, battery that won't hold a charge, charging port, speaker and anything that stops working under normal use.

Accidental damage (drops, water, cracked screen), normal wear, modifications to the hardware, and loss or theft.

Email contact.replaypocket@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo or short video of the issue. Most issues are solved in a few minutes by email. If not, we'll repair or replace your console — free of charge.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
