Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 7–12 business days on average. During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays) please allow a few extra days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow it anytime on our order tracking page.

Duties and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Any import duties are handled by us: you won't pay anything extra on delivery. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, email a photo of the product and the box to contact.replaypocket@gmail.com within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement at no cost. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
