We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 7–12 business days on average. During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays) please allow a few extra days.

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow it anytime on our order tracking page.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties are handled by us — you won't pay anything extra on delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, send a photo of the product and the box to contact.replaypocket@gmail.com within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement at no cost. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it.
