Refund policy

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your Replay Pocket for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email contact.replaypocket@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us: items sent without a return authorization can't be processed.

Conditions

The console must be returned complete (console, microSD card, cable and accessories), in good condition and ideally in its original packaging.

Return shipping

If the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different color or model instead? Tell us in your email and we'll arrange an exchange.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery: we repair or replace your console free of charge. See our warranty page.
