30 days to change your mind.

If you're not happy with your Replay Pocket for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Email contact.replaypocket@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

The console must be returned complete (console, microSD card, cable and accessories), in good condition and ideally in its original packaging.

If the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear.
